I was on the Internet, late (similarly to how I am now) when I received an instant message from a person I did not recognize. Usually when you receive an IM from someone you do not know it usually means one of three things:

1.)   They added you a long time ago when they were randomly stalking people one night.

2.)   They accidently IMed you

3.)   Trouble

2:39:06 AM remorsefultrout: Hello!

2:39:10 AM Gabby: hi

2:39:24 AM Gabby: who is this?

2:39:33 AM remorsefultrout: I can’t tell you.

2:39:38 AM Gabby why?

2:39:38 AM remorsefultrout: Fate has brought us together.

2:39:50 AM Gabby: tell me more

2:39:51 AM remorsefultrout: The unveiling of my identity would ruin this interlude.

2:50:28 AM remorsefultrout: Connects two people randomly with fake screen names.

2:50:42 AM Gabby: Hiding behind the computer screen

They have bots that trick people? Is a bot just some random computer? I don’t understand it. Now they have prank-IMs… Technology is just getting out of hand. Pretty soon there will be robots that DING DONG DITCH… nah…

I’d write more, but someone keeps knocking at my door.
